Escape the confinement of a typical rented meeting space and step into the country.  Russells' Event & Recreational Center is situated on 160 beautiful acres that provides a warm and welcoming  ambiance  for a variety of Corporate Events.  Our unique event venue is the perfect location for your next meeting, seminar, employee recognition, banquet, fundraising event, customer appreciation, company picnics, anniversary events, wedding reception or  holiday party. We plan each rental around your specific needs. We offer plenty of room outside to set up Carnival Game, tents or a mini 9-hole golf course.

Why not mix business and fun? We offer a 5 Stand Sporting Clays Course for your enjoyment that is unlike any other in Minnesota.  Our 5 stand features multiple auto Promatic target presentations from 8 different trap locations. The course is surrounded by natural beauty for  everyone to enjoy. Sporting clays is a popular growing sport for corporate events and business outings that offers a memorable shooting experience and interactive corporate entertainment.  Our unusual environment and team participation in clay sports promotes collaboration and solid team-building skills. This is a fast paced, instant-result sport that challenges the major elements of successful teams--communication, coordination and cooperation. Friendly company shooting tournaments are a great way to bring out a competitive spirit while providing enjoyable conversation and fellowship. Various scoring systems are available, so each shooter will feel good about participating--regardless of his or her experience.

                                 Scrapbooking

Our spacious (3,200 sq ft) Event Center is available  to SCRAPBOOK FANATICS !! We are ideal for a scrapbook getaway up north in Ogilvie, Minnesota--approx 1 hour north of the Twin Cities! Our Event Center offers exquisite scenery and nature abound with comfort for our guests. There is plenty of room to scrapbook away the day, or if you prefer, sit back and relax, read, bring your knitting, quilting, stamping, paper crafting or any other craft, or just sit back, relax and watch a movie on our 110 inch screen tv or just curl up by the fireplace.

Come spend the day (8am-midnight) and scrap and relax! TONS of room for workshops, demonstrations, day crops and classes! Russells Event & Recreational Center is a place to get away to get your projects done. Truly a Scrapbooking Haven with (25)8 ft tables and 200 chairs included with building rental.
